Craig Mundy-Smith was recently interviewed by TV9 News regarding employment relations:

“… Mr Mundy-Smith explains the complications of the firing procedure which involves two elements.

He claims that many employers are ignorant of the rules and processes of dismissing someone. For a dismissal to be fair and justifiable, the procedure of the employer must be examined also. There is a check box which the employer must tick before finalising the dismissal.

Mr Mundy-Smith explains that the compensation is made to reflect the fact that the process has not been followed properly not rewarding them for the bad behaviour.”
